To access paid features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Unless permitted by your subscription plan or a separate written agreement, account credentials may not be shared.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant RefMetrics a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or data will be accurate, complete, reliable, or available at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefMetrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to RefMetrics in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content, data, databases, compilations, statistics, analysis, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and underlying software made available through RefMetrics are the exclusive property of RefMetrics and are protected by copyright, database, and other intellectual property laws.
A subscription grants access to view and use the data for personal, non-commercial internal purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred.
Subscribers may use RefMetrics data for personal analysis and internal modeling.
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:
RefMetrics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
RefMetrics does not provide public API or bulk data access unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Any automated access, scraping, or extraction of substantial portions of the database is prohibited without a separate data licensing agreement.
Organizations seeking commercial or bulk access must contact RefMetrics directly to discuss licensing options.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes. We may change pricing or plan features with notice in advance of your renewal.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated in your plan.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting RefMetrics to resolve the issue may result in immediate account suspension and termination of access. RefMetrics reserves the right to recover costs, fees, and damages associated with fraudulent or abusive payment disputes.
RefMetrics provides statistical and historical officiating data for informational purposes only. The data is not intended as gambling advice, legal advice, or official evaluation material. Users assume full responsibility for how they interpret and use the information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, failed to pay fees, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity. Upon termination, your license to access the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by RefMetrics. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where RefMetrics is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in that state for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service.
